Monitoring and Alerts - Local and Remote Equal Real-Time Control
The LazerPhone® system provides on-screen, visual display of all call activity as it occurs. Calls can be monitored and disconnected while in progress from the system workstation or remotely by telephones. Correctional personnel can be notified immediately if an inmate attempts to place a call to a restricted number.

Alerts – LazerPhone® permits facility personnel to designate Hot Numbers, which may be specific destination numbers or inmate PINs. When an inmate dials one of these numbers an alert is delivered to your designated personnel.

Snitch Line – The LazerPhone® system can be programmed to recognize a two-digit speed dial number by which inmates may access LazerPhone™´s Snitch Line, without entering a PIN or any other identifying information.

Biometrics – GTL is the first and only inmate telephone provider to incorporate time-tested fingerprint technology into its verification process.
